Green skills are the skills needed that directly or indirectly reduce carbon emissions, reduce environmental impacts or that produce broader sustainability outcomes within business or the community such as better water management, greater care for biodiversity. The best way to develop green skills through TVET is to integrate the ideas in all teaching, and teachers should adopt new teaching models and re-organize teaching contents. In order to enhance the effective development of green skills, the government of China should provide policy support in the aspects of financial support, professional standards development and teacher training, etc.%绿色技能是指直接或间接减少碳排放、减少环境影响或在企业及社区内产生更广泛的可持续发展结果所需要的技能。在职业教育中开发绿色技能的最有效途径是把可持续发展的理念纳入到现有的教学中。在这一过程中，教师要采取一种新的教学方式，并重新设计所教授的课程内容。为促进绿色技能的有效开发，中国政府应在资金支持、专业标准开发、教师培训等方面提供一系列支持。
