课证岗赛融合是重要的高职专业课程建设与教学改革模式。以工程造价专业课程建设与教学为案例，围绕学生职业发展能力和专业技能培养，注重融合“造价员考证能力—三大岗位技能—造价技能竞赛能力”要求，建构专业课程体系，编制专业核心课程标准，开发项目化实践教学资源，在“项目课堂”上实施行动导向教学与考核评价，全程体现课证岗赛融合，全面提升人才培养质量。%It is a kind of important mode for the construction and teaching reform of professional courses through the integration of needed abilities of professional qualification certificate, jobs and skill contest into courses. Taking the case for the construction and teaching of professional courses of engineering cost major, around the students’ occupational development ability and professional skills training, the professional course system is created through the integration of needed abilities of cost member’s qualification certificate, three kinds of posts and cost skill contests into courses. At the same time, a set of professional core course standards are worked out, and some related practical teaching resources are developed. Further implementation of action oriented teaching and evaluation in the “project-driven class ” gets good results, reflecting the effects of teaching reform with fully promoting the quality of personnel training.
