In light of the predicament in development of legal specialty of institutes of science and engineering, it is suggested to pay attention to cultivate the “vocational project-based” teaching technology dominated by the “export” of graduation. The key is to lay students’ subjective initiative, improve teachers’ comprehensive ability in controlling course content on the basis of accurate cognition of specialty export direction, construct a reasonable and corresponding legal project teaching simulation situation, establish a real and effective practical training base, try to close the gap between social actual demand and college teaching in the teaching process with the benign interaction of teacher and student, so as to make graduates of legal specialty to stick to impose discipline while take on the vocational role of her replacement as soon as possible.%针对理工类院校法学专业的发展困境，可尝试重视培养法学毕业生毕业“出口”为主的“职业专题式”教学技术的解决方案。其要点是，发挥法学学生的主观能动性，提升任课教师在准确认知专业出口方向基础上的把控课程内容的综合能力，构建合理的对应性法学专题教学模拟情境，建立真实有效的实习基地，在任课教师与学生的良性互动教学过程中尽量缩小高校教学与社会真实需求的差距，让法学专业本科毕业生在坚守廉洁自律的同时能尽快担当起所在岗位的职业角色。
