职业教育校企合作的利益分享机制及保障措施

         

摘要

According to the stakeholder theory, the paper systematically analyzed the benefits for the government, enterprises and schools in school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education, and the research shows that all the above three parties can get many benefits, but besides the interests of the enterprise and school, the final performance for training technical skills talents and technical skills accumulation is the biggest of all. Therefore, the government should promote school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education in the aspects of building conducive environment, strengthening system construction, etc., to better meet the social and economic development demand for high quality technical skills talents.%按照利益相关者理论,系统分析职业教育中政府、企业和学校在校企合作中获得的利益,研究表明,三方都可以获得多方面利益,但无论是企业利益还是学校利益,最终表现为培养技术技能人才和技术技能积累的国家利益,国家获得的利益是最大的,校企合作具有公益性。为此,建议国家从营造良好环境、加强相关制度建设、建立校企合作管理机构等多个方面来推动职业教育的校企合作,更好地满足经济社会发展对高质量技术技能人才的需求。
