'课堂志'教学诊断探析

     

摘要

教学质量是高等教育生存与发展的生命线,而课堂教学诊断则是提高教学质量的重要抓手,是保障课堂教学优质高效的重要措施,也是现代课堂教学改革与发展的必然要求.近些年,将"课堂志"运用到课堂教学诊断已成为一种有益尝试,研究发现"课堂志"能真实地收集课堂信息,对教育效果给予较客观的价值判断,对确保课堂教学诊断过程的真实性和结果的全面性有重要裨益.值得在教学评估的实践中大力推广.%Teaching quality is the lifeline for the survival and development of higher education, and classroom teaching is the center working of the university. The classroom teaching diagnosis is an important measure to improve teaching quality, is also an important measure to ensure the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching. The research of classroom teaching diagnosis has become a pressing and important topic in the modern education teaching field. In recent years, the application of "Class Ethnography" to the class teaching diagnosis has become a useful attempt. The research result shows that the paradigm of "Class Ethnography" diagnosis is greatly meaningful to the transformation of existing teaching concepts, methods and programs, and the improvement of teaching quality and personnel training specifications. Thus, it is worthy of promotion of "Class Ethnography" diagnosis in practice of teaching evaluation.
