世界技能大赛对我国技能大赛的启示

摘要

世界技能大赛是国际上最具权威的职业技能大赛,由于我国参赛时间短,对其竞赛的内容和评测细则还不甚了解. 为了实现我国汽车技能大赛与世界技能大赛零距离对接,以世界技能大赛汽车技术模块的培训方式、仪器设备选用以及技术评测等方面为例,与我国汽车技能大赛相关内容展开对比分析,并对我国汽车技能大赛中存在的培训方式不合理、仪器设备落后、评测细则不健全等问题提出了改革建议.%The WorldSkills is a famous professional skill competition in the world. The competition and evaluation rules for the World Skills Competition haven't been understood deeply because our country has a short entry time. In order to improve the skill levels in our country, the training mode, equipment and specifications for automobile technology module in the World Skills are analyzed. Some reform proposals have been put forward for the unreasonable training methods, the old fashioned instruments and equipment,and imperfect evaluation rules for automobile skills competition in our competition.
