地方高校涉农专业毕业生就业去向及引导策略

摘要

In recent years, the graduates from agricultural specialties of local colleges have met a severe problem in em-ployment because these graduates prefer to choose city rather than agricultural industries as their employment target. The paper states that China is a big agricultural country and therefore the graduates from agricultural specialties should change their employment ideas and choose agricultural industries as their first employment target.%近年来，高校毕业生就业形势仍然比较严峻，涉农专业的学生就业相对更难，地方高校涉农专业学生在就业选择上更倾向于城市及非农产业就业，就业途径较单一，但作为农业大国，随着农业产业结构调整和现代农业的发展，对农业科技人才的需求相对较大。因此，须转变学生的就业观念、加大涉农专业的教育教学改革力度，积极引导毕业生基层就业或农村就业。
