Teaching records management staff should pay attention to the links of persistent collecting, sorting, filing and lending, give full play to the role that teaching archives service in the teaching and scientific research, to make teaching file management more standardized. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the content and status quo of university teaching files management teaching file management, suggestions of improving the standardization of teaching file management were proposed with the reality.%高校教学档案管理人员要重视档案的持续性收集、整理、归档和借阅环节,充分发挥教学档案服务于教学和科研的作用,使教学档案管理更加规范、更加有序.本文在分析高校教学档案管理的内涵和教学档案管理现状的基础上,结合实际提出了规范教学档案管理的建议.
