高职院校青年教师职业生涯发展中的主要问题分析

The higher vocational and technical education has become the indispensable important component of China's higher education. With the development of social economy, the demand for higher vocational technical talents increases sharply, which need high-quality vocational teachers who have theoretical knowledge and operating skills, meanwhile have stronger teaching ability.
