关于口岸小城镇总体规划的几点思考——以黑龙江省饶河镇为例

提出在为口岸小城镇做总体规划时应注意的几个问题,并以黑龙江省饶河镇为例分析其规划的立意和主题思路,强调口岸城镇产业化、生态环境、城乡一体化建设在东北地区小城镇总体规划中的重要作用.%The paper points out several noting points at the overall planning for seaport towns and taking the example of Heilongjiang Raohe town,it's planning concept and main idea is analyzed and emphasized the important role of the industrialization, ecological environment and the integration of urban and rural areas in northeast areas small town overall planning.
