目前,我国成人教育已经取得了比较突出的成绩,但是也存在不少问题,急需要加强对成人教育的管理.成人教育管理与完全式的学校教育管理还是有所不同的,这是由受教育对象的特殊性所决定的.针对成人学生的特点,可以通过三个方面加强对成人教育的管理,一是提高社会对成人教育的认可度,加强成人入学考试管理；二是重视成人面授教育,不断提高成人教育质量；三是做好成人学校考试管理工作,使考试能起到激励学习的作用.做好成人教育管理工作是非常重要的,因为只有做好了成人教育管理,那么成人教育的质量才能得到保证,否则成人教育就很难起到应有的教育效果,甚至会使成人教育流于形式.%At present, our country has made prominent achievements in adult education, but there are many problems, so it is an urgent need to strengthen the management of adult education.
