农村劳动力转移培训实效评估模型探析

摘要

This paper illustrates the understanding of rural labor transfer training effectiveness evaluation, analyzes the actual effect valuation model of rural labor transfer training, studies the current application situation and the deficiencies of the effectiveness evaluation models, and builds the model of integration of the four dimensions of joint assessment.%文章阐述了对农村劳动力转移培训实效评估的认识，分析了农村劳动力转移培训实效评估模型，研究了这些实效评估模型目前的应用情况与存在的不足，提出了整合的四维联合评估模型。
