浅谈高职院校校企合作

摘要

With the increasing social demand for talents, school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode is a development trend. With the country's strong encouragement, enterprises and higher vocational colleges cooperate with each other, but there are many problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation. This paper analyses the kinds of school-enterprise cooperation and the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions and prospects. School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable trend and inherent need of the development of higher vocational colleges. We should continue to explore and study the school-enterprise cooperation, innovate the mode, expand the operation idea, improve our own scientific research ability, train applied and skilled talents that enterprises need, to truly achieve the win-win of school-enterprise cooperation.%随着社会对人才需求要求的不断提高，高职院校校企合作的教学模式是一种发展趋势。在国家的大力鼓励下，企业和高职院校在共同参与，但是校企合作的过程中出现不少问题。本文分析校企合作的种类、存在的问题，并提出建议和展望。校企合作是高职院校发展的必然趋势和内在需要。校企合作的合作之路我们应继续探索研究，我们勇于创新模式，拓宽运作思路，提高自身教科研能力，培养企业所需的应用性高端技术人才，真正做到校企合作的“双赢”。
