基于多元反馈的计算机专业人才培养研究与实践

摘要

为了解决计算机类人才供需错位问题，提出了多元信息反馈的人才培养模式。通过信息收集和反馈机制，实现高校、学生和用人单位之间的信息反馈，优化培养方案和培养过程，提高了高校计算机人才培养的方向性和学生学习的主观能动性。%In order to solve dislocation of supply and demand of computer talents, it gives the pattern based on multi-feedback. Through information collection and feedback system, the pattern realized information feedback between colleges and universities, students, and employers, optimized the cultivating plan and cultivating process, improved the directionality of the cultivation of talents in Computer Specialty and students' learning activeness.
