支持国企办好职业教育促进职业教育快速发展--国企举办高职教育的优势、困难及建议

摘要

国企办职业教育，源自于上世纪80年代的自觉行为，为企业的发展和职业教育的发展做出了贡献。在国企改革过程中，随着“企社分开、主辅分离”，国企举办的职业院校面临一系列困难。笔者以所在的学院为例，阐述了国企办职业教育的优势，困难及建议。%　　Vocational education in state-owned enterprises started from the consciousness for the last century 80's, and had contributed to the development of enterprises and vocational education. In the process of reforming state-owned enterprises, as the "separation of enterprises from commune management, main-supplement separation", vocational colleges organized by state-owned enterprises face a number of difficulties. The author expounds the advantages, problems and suggestions for vocational education in state-owned enterprises with the example of his own college.
