基于岗位需求的基层医疗卫生人才实践教学改革探索要要以山东协和学院医学院为例

摘要

In order to meet the basic medical needs of talent current situation, Union Medical College vigorously reformed the practice teaching, put forward"three combination and four experienced"innovative training model, worked out a practice curriculum system on"one center, two platforms, three levels, four modules"optimizing, constructed"a masterstroke, two true, the Trinity" practice teaching model. By all the way above, we achieved fruitful teaching results.%　　为适应基层医疗卫生所需人才的现状，协和学院医学院大力改革实践教学，创新提出“三结合四经历”人才培养模式，优化制订“一个中心，两个平台，三个层次，四个模块”实践课程体系，改革构建“一条主线，两个真实，三位一体”实践教学模式，取得了丰硕的教学成果。
