基于诚信就业的大学生素质教育策略探索

         

摘要

“诚信”是中华民族的传统美德,大学毕业生作为祖国未来的建设者和接班人,在就业过程中讲究最基本的诚信是对他们的最基本的要求.然而,受多方面因素的影响,部分毕业生在就业时中出现了诸如弄虚作假等不诚信的行为,给用人单位和毕业院校都造成了极坏的社会影响.通过对毕业生在就业过程中和在用人单位的表现,分析了存在的问题,结合教学环节提出了对策,只有通过加强在校期间各个教学环节中的素质教育,才能真正让毕业生做到诚信就业.%"Honesty" is the traditional virtue of Chinese people. For college graduates as builders and successors of the motherland in the future, being honesty during the process of finding jobs is the most basic requirement for them. However, under the influence of many factors, some graduates in employment practice fraud, and cause a very bad social influence. Based on analyzing the employment of graduates, the article analyzes the problems, combined with the teaching, and puts forward the countenneasures. Only strengthening the quality education at each part of teaching, can it make graduates be honest in employment.
