在新时期的煤矿企业中，企业政工工作的作用日益凸现出来。在这样的新形势下，也有很多问题随着政工工作地位的提高而显现出来。本文主要就煤矿企业政工工作的重要性以及新时期煤矿政工工作所反映出的一系列问题展开探讨，并进一步提出了相应的解决办法与建议，希望对广大煤矿企业政工工作人员起到一定的指导作用和帮助。%In coal mining enterprises in the new era, the role of political and ideological work is increasingly evident.
