银线草化学成分的研究

     

摘要

Objective: To study the chemical composition of Chloranthus japonicus Andrographis paniculata. Method: to use reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, preparative high performance liquid chromatography technique for separation and purification of s Chloranthus japonicus ethanol extracts and conduct structural identification according to the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic instruments. Results: 12 compounds are isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Chloranthus japonicus Andrographis paniculata ethanol extracts, identified as blumenol B (1), Vomifoliol (2), 4-Hydroxy-2,3-dimethyl-2-nonen -4-olide (3), atractylenolide III (4), neolitacumone B (5), 10α-hydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7 (11), 8 (9) -diene-8,12-olide (6), shizukanolide C (7), shizukanolide H (8), caffeic acid (9), p-hydroxy-coumaric acid (10), ferulic acid (11), protocatechuic acid (12). Conclusion:The first three compounds are isolated from Chloranthus genus.%目的:研究银线草Andrographis paniculata全草的化学成分。方法:采用反相硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备型高效液相色谱等技术对银线草乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱学手段进行结构鉴定。结果:从银线草全草乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为blumenol B (1)、Vomifoliol (2)、4-Hydroxy-2,3-dimethyl-2-nonen-4-olide (3)、atractylenolide III (4)、neolitacumone B (5)、10α-hydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7(11),8(9)-diene-8,12-olide (6)、shizukanolide C (7)、shizukanolide H (8)、caffeic acid (9)、p-hydroxy-coumaric acid (10)、ferulic acid (11)、protocatechuic acid (12)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从金粟兰属植物中分离得到。
