高校教师工作量及薪酬管理研究

         

摘要

高校教师工作量是高校科学管理的一项重要课题,本文通过文献收集和对石家庄及周边部分高校教师问卷调查,了解到高校教师薪酬的现状,从而发现高职教师工作量及薪酬存在的问题;通过调查并根据分析对比找出影响高校教师工作量及薪酬的弊端有哪些,提出了高校教师薪酬激励性的对策和建议。必须通过政府加大对高校教育的投入,增大高校自主权,为高校教育发展营造一个良好的发展环境。%University teachers’ workload is an important subject of scientific management of colleges and universities. Through literature collection and questionnaire survey of teachers’remuneration in Shijiazhuang and the surrounding part, this paper understands the status of university teachers’ remuneration to discover the existing problems of the higher vocational teachers’ workload and remuneration. The investigation and analysis are used to find the disadvantages of university teachers’ workload and compensation to put forward the incentive countermeasures and suggestions of university teachers’ remuneration system. It is necessary to increase the investment of education for colleges and universities by the government and increase the autonomy of colleges and universities to build a good environment for the education development of colleges and universities.
