进入21世纪以来，我国旅游业加速发展，实现了从旅游资源大国向世界旅游大国的历史性跨越。加之中国-东盟自由贸易区的深入发展以及北部湾经济开发区的开放开发经济大背景，作为朝阳产业的旅游业，在世界范围内越来越显示出其增长潜力和发展势头。而如何改革和完善旅游管理专业教育教学，培养与市场需求相适应的旅游管理人才成为各大高校所要面对的问题。因此本文从目前高等院校旅游管理专业发展的现状以及存在的问题进行分析，拟提出在东盟创新型旅游人才需求背景下，旅游管理专业教学改革的几点建设性意见。%Since the beginning of the 21 century, the accelerated development of China's tourism industry has achieved a historic leap from the great power of tourism resources to the world tourism. With the in-depth development of China- ASEAN Free Trade Area and the opening and development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as background, tourism as a sunrise industry, more and more shows its growth potential and development momentum in the world scope. And how to reform and improve the teaching of tourism management professional education, cultivate the tourism management talents to meet the market demand has become the problem the colleges to be faced. Therefore, this article from the analysis of current situation and existing problems of the development of Tourism Management Major in colleges and universities, puts forward some constructive suggestions on the teaching reform of Tourism Management Major under the background of the demand of innovative tourism talents in ASEAN.
