The relevance of traditional culture and humanistic quality cultivation of college students under the background of globalization is taken as a starting point, based on explain of the current situation of humanistic quality cultivation, this article analyzes the existing problems in the process of cultivating college students' humanistic quality. And on this basis, it constructs the multidimensional education system of humanistic quality of higher vocational colleges and evaluation system with traditional culture elements.%通过对全球化背景下传统文化与大学生人文素质培育的关联性作为研究的逻辑起点，在阐释大学生人文素质培养现状的基础上，分析当前大学生人文素质培养过程中存在的问题，在此基础上，融入传统文化要素，构建高校人文素质多维培育和评价体系。
