笔者以指导的工科食品质量与安全的毕业生为调查对象,针对毕业生的就业自信、就业意向、就业准备、当前的求职进展进行了调查。结果表明:①毕业生多数持有先就业再择业的观念,对个人就业结果和就业优势乐观自信。②毕业生的就业自信具有不理性的成分。依据有三:一是普遍认为专业知识不扎实,这说明毕业生承认自身没有做好学生的本职学习工作、职业态度不端正;二是多数不了解自己适合的岗位,这说明毕业生对于外界就业信息了解不充分;三是求职行动不积极、效果不显著。为此,需要就业指导人员针对现状,动态了解、督促刺激和针对行指导并举,从而真正提高毕业生的有效求职和理智自信。%The author takes the graduates of engineering food quality and safety as investigation object to investigate the employment confidence, employment direction, employment preparation and the current job progress of the graduates. The results show that: ① most graduates have the idea of employment first and then to choose the career, they are confident of their employment results and employment advantages, ② the employment confidence of graduates has irrational composition. There are three basises: the first one is that they think their professional knowledge is not solid, it shows that graduates recognize they don’t do a good job of the learning and the professional attitude is not correct. The second one is that most of them don't know their suitable jobs, it shows that the graduates don’t understand the external employment information. The third one is that the job hunting action is not positive, the effect is not significant. So, the employment directors should dynamically understand, supervise the graduates in the view of the current situation to really improve the job hunting and reasonable confidence of the graduates.
