云南省独立学院众创空间现状梳理及发展模式探索——以昆明理工大学津桥学院为例

摘要

At present, independent colleges in Yunnan Province constantly explore and innovate in the construction and operation of makerspace. However, there are some problems in the setup of institutions, the configuration of service personnel and entrepreneurship mentors, the source of funds, incubation space and value-added incubation services. As a member of independent colleges in Yunnan Province,Oxbridge College of Kunming University of Science and Technology established the five-in-one training and operation mechanism which taking the entrepreneurship as the center,integrated the advantages of all sectors of society resources,made full use of counselors and entrepreneurship mentor to build a three-dimensional service system.%当前,云南省独立院校在众创空间建设和运营中不断探索创新,但在机构设置、服务人员和创业导师配置、资金来源渠道单一、孵化空间不足及增值性孵化服务能力低等存在问题.昆明理工大学津桥学院作为云南省独立院校中的一员,通过建立以创业为中心的五位一体人才培养运营机制、联合社会各方优势资源,充分利用辅导员队伍和校外创业导师,构建出立体化的服务体系.
