基于BIM云平台的协同设计管理研究

摘要

针对BIM技术在项目设计阶段的应用,运用自主研发的BIM云平台,建立项目设计阶段中BIM技术应用的工作流程.基于协同理论,对平台的工作原理和项目设计阶段各参与方之间的工作关系及工作方式展开了研究,并通过案例证明了BIM云平台能提高项目建设效率、业主满意度、项目的可控性.本课题的研究为实现工程项目建设的智慧化、信息化提供决策参考.%Aiming at the application of BIM technology in the project design stage, the BIM cloud platform independently developed is used to establish the workflow of BIM technology application in the project design stage. Based on the theory of cooperation, the working principle of the platform and the working relationship and working methods of the participants in the project design stage are studied. The case proves that the BIM cloud platform can improve the project construction efficiency, the owner's satisfaction and the controllability of project. The research of this subject will provide decision-making reference for realizing the wisdom and informationization of project construction.
