The transformation and upgrading of national and regional economy requires new human resources and so makes the applied undergraduate training has become the reform focus of local colleges and universities. Aiming at the problems in the process of application-oriented transformation, this paper puts forward the concept of application-oriented transformation of mechanical specialty with the goal of cultivating the comprehensive ability leading by production and education integration and determines the requirements for the knowledge, quality and ability of the applied talents of mechanical specialty. On the basis of this, the author carried out a number of teaching reform and practice leading by production and education integration some series of research and practice on the basis of the goal of personnel training, the training mode, the course content system and the teaching method and carried on a series of research on the orientation of personnel training, training mode, curriculum content system and teaching method.%我国教育改革和国家产业转型使得应用型本科人才培养成为地方普通高校改革重点.针对本科专业应用型转型过程中存在的问题,提出了以培养综合能力为目标的机械类专业应用型转型的理念,确定机械类专业应用型人才的知识、素质、能力要求.在此基础上以产教融合为引领,进行了一系列教学改革与实践,对人才培养目标定位、培养模式、课程内容体系、教学方法诸方面进行了一系列研究.
