氧化铅锌矿选矿工艺现状与进展

     

摘要

Based on the difficulty of oxide lead-zinc ore beneficiation at present, this paper discusses the methods of dealing with the oxide lead-zinc ore from the aspects of flotation, leach and beneficiation-metallurgy process after referring a large number of relevant literature information. In consideration of that the lag of mineral processing technology badly limits the recovery and utilization of lead-zinc oxide ore, it is needed to develop novel theory of flotation and new flotation reagents. Meanwhile it thinks of that the beneficiation-metallurgy process merges the advantages of both the beneficiation and metallurgy, and owns a considerable potentiality, so it may be a breakthrough in the dressing of oxide lead-zinc ore.%基于氧化铅锌矿难选的现状,在查阅大量相关文献后,从浮选工艺、浸出工艺、选冶联合工艺处理氧化铅锌矿的方法进行了综述.提出当选矿方法对氧化铅锌矿选别效果不佳时,应进一步研究浮选新理论,开发新药剂.同时认为选冶联合工艺结合选矿和冶金的优势,有很大发展潜力,有望成为选别氧化铅锌矿的一个突破口.
