L波段空间行波管群时延特性的研究与改进

L波段空间行波管作为导航卫星的重要部组件,其性能指标对行波管放大器整机的工作有着至关重要的影响.本文分析了公司前期研制的产品在群时延波动等指标上的现象和问题,进行理论分析和问题定位,并实施了设计优化和测试方法优化,改进后的产品群时延性能指标大幅提升,满足了用户需求.%L-band space TWT is a most important component of navigation satellite,and its performance indexes have crucial effect on TwT amplifier.Based on theoretical analysis of group delay ripple on early products in our company,the design method and test method are optimized,and so the group delay ripple and other performance indexes are improved and can meet consumer requirements.
