柔性板弹簧组件及对间隙密封的影响

         

摘要

The applications of linear compressor are more and more widely in cryogenic and refrigeration fields. It is very important to improve the performance and reliability of the linear compressor. In oil-free linear compressor,the flexi-ble spring is used to support the piston,which often takes the form of multiple components. The flexible springs are assem-bled on the piston shaft. The flexible spring sheet is separated by a thin shim. Flexible spring technology can be combined with the gap sealing technology to realize no friction between the piston and the cylinder. At the same time,it can avoid the pollution problems caused by lubricating oil. In this paper,the theoretical analysis and finite element analysis of the flexible spring component are carried out. The spring component models are established based on ANSYS software. The effect of different thickness on the stress of spring component and the frequency of spring component varies with the num-ber of spring sheet are studied. Effects of different component methods of various spring assemblies on clearance seal are studied.%直线压缩机在深冷和普冷领域的应用越来越广泛,提高直线压缩机性能和可靠性的研究也日益受到重视。在直线压缩机中,柔性板弹簧往往是以多片组件的形式组装在活塞运动轴上,板弹簧片之间采用薄垫片来隔开,柔性板弹簧技术可与间隙密封技术相结合,实现气缸与活塞间无摩擦的相对运行,同时可避免润滑油带来的污染问题。对柔性板弹簧组件进行了分析,利用ANSYS软件建立了板弹簧组件模型,研究了不同垫片厚度对板弹簧组件应力的影响,板弹簧组件的频率随板弹簧片数的变化规律以及板弹簧组件的不同装配方式对间隙密封的影响。
