磁增强环型真空弧推力器的研制

     

摘要

These days cubesat and micro-nano satellites are developing rapidly,while lack of appropriate mirco thrust-er system will constrain its evolvement,so we start the development of vacuum arc thruster. Through comparison,we choosed arc thruster of ring structure with enhancing magnetic,which can improve the performance significantly. This pa-per introduced the main working principle of thruster,through theoretical analysis and formula derivation structure parame-ters of core components were determined,and expounded the key technical problems of design method of thrust head structure and low voltage reliable ignition. Thruster structure design result shows that the thruster mass is only 300g and volume is 35 mm × 25 mm × 25 mm,having realized the miniaturization and lightweight. The design and function of the magnetic enhancement structure were described,and the design criterion of theoretical parameters was described,and the magnetic circuit of the structure was verified by Femm simulation software,and the magnetic circuit characteristics were tested by Gauss. By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results,the result shows that the design can meet the actual results. Preliminary experiments show that the thruster has reliable ignition and stable operation.%近年来,立方星和微纳卫星迅猛发展,但目前尚缺乏有效微型动力系统,为此开展了真空弧推力器的研制工作.通过对比分析,选择了性能更好的磁增强环型结构方案,可实现离子速度提高2倍、元冲量提高10倍、效率提高7%.介绍了推力器的主要工作原理,通过理论分析和公式推导确定了核心部件的结构参数,阐述了推力头结构的设计方法和低电压可靠点火等关键技术问题.推力器结构设计结果表明,该推力器质量仅300 g,体积为35 mm×25 mm×25 mm,实现了微型化和轻量化.描述了磁增强结构的设计和功能,参照理论参数设计准则,结合Femm仿真软件对该结构的磁路进行了验证,并用高斯计测试了磁路特性.通过仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,结果表明,该设计能很好的符合实际结果.初步试验证明该推力器点火可靠、运行稳定.
