深圳市旧工业地段更新规划编制对策

摘要

本文回顾了深圳城市快速扩张的过程与城市更新的发展历程,指出现阶段旧工业地段更新规划编制要关注综合的价值导向、开放的编制过程、导控性的规划框架等内容,进一步提出在深圳市旧工业区更新规划中的准确识别更新条件、综合建构更新目标、务实设定更新导控的规划编制对策。%This paper reviewed the process of rapid expansion of Shenzhen and the development process of its renewal,and put forward the old industrial sites renewal compiling process in this period must focus on the comprehensive value-oriented,open compiling process,guidance and control of the planning framework,etc.,and further proposed the planning compilation countermeasures of Shenzhen old industries renewal of accurately identification the condition,comprehensive construction renewal goals and making guidance and control with concrete matters.
