工业建筑遗存更新中激发社区活力之设计策略研究——以上海三个工业厂区更新为例

Based on the renewal cases of three industrial districts, this article analyzes the design strategies and renewal methods to stimulate the vitality of the community in different development backgrounds and space situations. It makes a research on the effective design approaches to create the site vitality in various kinds of industrial heritage buildings.%本文结合三个工业厂区更新案例,分析在不同开发背景和空间状态下,激发和保持社区活力的设计策略和更新手段,研究在不同类型的工业遗存建筑中有效营造场地活力的设计方法。
