广州“城中村”历史街区更新探讨

本文通过比较分析广州珠江边正在改造的三个城中村——小洲村、黄埔村和小谷围岛练溪村各自的更新模式及发展过程中因外界因素影响带来的变化,探讨在经济利益和企业经营背景下各种历史街区更新保护中出现的问题。%The article makes a comparative analysis on the renewal modes and external factors to the development of the three urban villages that are being reconstructed–Xiaozhou Village, Huangpu Village and Lianxi Village close to the Guangzhou Pearl River. It discusses the problems arising in the renewal and protection of the historical blocks under the influence of economic efficiency and enterprise management.
