工业遗产经常有保存不易或附身式再利用的遗憾。要在面向工业演进历史与现在保存问题之际,同时有着面向未来的开展性,就应体认工业遗产的后生产情境,并视工业遗产为一个文化物种,通过把握工业遗产的价值理念、进行新社会网络的连结、营造新的公共性、发挥特殊的异质地志感、转译多元的产业智慧、转化参与者的社会角色等方式,使工业遗产在时代变迁的生命真实性流变中,成为众人共享的文化公共财产,并开拓其面向新时代的积极力量。%Industrial heritages usually face the problems of conservation controversies or arbitrary re-uses.If we want to open up a new future for them,we need to understand the post-industry situation of the industrial heritages,and deal with the industrial values,network-building,social publicity,special heterotopias,wisdom-transformation,and new social roles.When the industrial heritages become a public domain and get the public identity,they will be a new social power for the new society.
