工业建筑遗产保护与再生的“临时性使用”模式——以瑞士温特图尔苏尔泽工业区为例

在工业建筑遗产保护与再生的实践中,＂临时性使用＂（Zwischennuztung）是德语国家提出的一种独特的实践模式,即在开发机构的经济实力不足以启动更新,以及土地所有权归属问题都还处于模糊期的过程中,鼓励多种多样的临时性使用方式,并从中寻找最合适的长期改造用途。本文以瑞士温特图尔苏尔泽工业区的再生过程为例,从规划与建筑两个层面回顾该区域20多年的再生实践,通过对其中仓库广场地块施行＂临时性使用＂过程的分析,认识这一方法在工业建筑遗产再生中的具体策略与意义,反思这一理论模式在中国语境中的适用性。%Temporary-use（Zwischennuztung）is a new urban regeneration model from Germany,Austria and Switzerland.When the developer＇s economic power is not enough to start the regeneration process or the property ownership is not clear,the temporary uses are encouraged,which could breed out the most suitable long-term adaptive-reuse.This article sums up the recent research on this topic abroad.Analyzing the temporary-use process of Lagerplatz-Areal and Sulzer-Areal in Winterthur,Switzerland,which started since 1989,this article sums up the temporary-use strategies.The final destination is to breed a suitable function for a particular place through temporary experiment.After the case study,the article ends with rethinking the feasibility in Chinese context for industrial heritage conservation and regeneration.
