In the current social environment, people pay more and more at ention to the construction quality problem, requi-res building a very high stability and long service life. This art-icle taking it as a starting point, from the examples discusses quality accident of construction and improving means.%在当前的社会环境下，人们越来越注重建筑的质量问题，要求建筑有非常高的稳固性和较长的使用寿命。本篇文章以此为出发点，从实例中研究了建筑存在的质量事故并对其改善手段进行了讨论。
