PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze situations at the time of a traffic accident, which may occur due to various traffic accident causes, on the basis of an accident image captured by an in-vehicle camera. PSOLUTION: A traffic accident analysis device 1 includes: a display part 13 for outputting information; an operation part 15 for receiving an input operation; an image input part 11 for inputting a moving image; and an operation processing part 19 including a projection conversion part 193 for converting optional pixel coordinates of still images constituting the moving image to ground coordinates of a ground coordinate system set on the basis of the position where the in-vehicle camera is installed, and a vehicle change amount calculation part 195 for calculating the change amount of the vehicle having the in-vehicle camera mounted thereon on the basis of ground coordinates corresponding to the optional pixel coordinates converted by the projection conversion part.
