建筑节能存在的问题和应对策略

With the continuous development of society and the emergence of the tense situation of energy, the traditional buildings have large demand of energy and high economic co-sts. With the deepening of the construction technology, more and more energy conservation buildings appeared and got the popularization and application. In this article, the author basis on summarizing the practical work and analyzes the existing problems of building energy conservation in cold regions, and put forward the specific countermeasures, which aims to ana-lyze and study of this article to explore the road for the dev-elopment of Chinese building energy conservation and make a lit le contribution for energy saving.%随着社会的不断发展以及能源紧张局面的出现，传统的建筑对能源的需求量大、经济成本高。随着建筑技术的深入，越来越多的建筑节能出现并得到了推广应用。本文主要在总结实际工作的基础上分析了当前我国寒冷地区建筑节能中存在的问题，同时提出了具体的应对策略。旨在通过本文的分析研究，为我国建筑节能的发展开拓道路，为能源节约做出一点儿贡献。
