论人力资源管理在我国中小型建筑施工企业中存在的问题与对策

This paper on the basis of the author is engaged in the construction work for many years, finds problems of hum-an resource management in China's small and medium sized construction enterprises, and proposes the corresponding imp-rovement countermeasure, to give some references for readers.%本文在笔者从事建筑施工多年工作的基础上，发现我国中小型建筑企业的人力资源管理存在的问题，并提出了相应的改进对策，供广大读者参考与借鉴。
