城乡一体化发展思路探析--以滨州北海经济开发区为例

党的十八次代表大会提出：推动城乡发展一体化是解决“三农”问题的根本途径。本文通过对北海开发区城乡一体化的探讨，阐述了开发区加快城乡一体化进程采取的有效措施，希望对其他地区的城乡建设具有借鉴意义。%The eighth congress of the party:Promoting the in-tegration of urban and rural development is a fundamental way to solve the"three rural"issue. In this article, the author bases on the discussion of urban-rural integration in north developm-ent zone, and elaborate the effective measures of accelerating the process of urbanization in the zone, and hope to provide reference for other areas of urban and rural construction.
