业主方在工程质量管理中的应用分析

摘要

At present, there are stil many problems of China's construction quality safety, one of the main reasons is that con-struction side in order to earn greater profits, deliberately cho-ose poor quality building materials or shoddy work in order to catch the progress of work, causing some importance details are not processed or handled improperly. This paper researches and analyzes the construction quality problems easily occurred in construction project, as wel as to the property owners in the construction management practice of quality control.%　　目前我国的建筑工程仍然存在大量的质量安全问题，其主要原因之一为施工方为了赚取更大的利润，故意选用质量差的建筑用材或是为了赶工作进度而偷工减料，造成一些重要性的细节没有进行处理或是处理不当。本文就施工建设项目中容易出现的质量问题进行研究分析，以及对业主参与施工管理，进行质量控制的做法进行分析。
