The structure stress analysis of large chemical equi-pment is complicated and inaccurate, taking the sub model me-thod to carry out the analysis of key parts, can get very good accuracy. Check the results of stress analysis to guide the actu-al production.%　　大型化工设备结构应力分析复杂且不准确，采取子模型法对关键部位进行单独分析，可以获得很好的计算精度。根据分析的应力结果进行校核并指导实际的生产应用。
