关于建设工程风险管理模式中对工程分包的风险管控研究

近年来建设工程层层分包转包的问题层出不穷，违法分包已成为工程安全的一大祸根。本文分析了分包存在的问题和风险，提出了降低分包风险的办法，即风险管理机构加强对分包单位的全面审查，建设单位加强对分包的重视。%In recent years the construction subcontract proble-ms emerge in an endless stream, il egal subcontracting has bec-ome a curse of the engineering safety. This paper analyzes the subcontracting of problems and risks, puts forward the way to reduce the subcontracting risk, meaning the risk management mechanism to strengthen a comprehensive review of subcontr-acting units, the construction unit strengthen the at ention to subcontract.
