摘要

The organization structure of multi-project mana-gement is a kind of new management mode which has some differences with the organization structure of traditional proj-ect management. In This paper, by il ustrating the meaning of the management, the author carried out in-depth analysis and evaluation of the structure and organization of multi-project management.%多项目管理组织结构是一种新型管理模式，与传统的项目管理组织结构存在一定差异。本文基于多项目管理组织结构的角度，在阐述其自身的含义的同时，对多项目管理组织结构进行了深入地分析与评价。
