灾后重建工程具有建设任务重、工程类别繁多、资金需求量大及工期紧迫等现实特征。因此，很有必要形成一套行之有效的灾后恢复重建工程的项目管理体系与模式。利用先进的管理方法，加强项目管理，从而保障各项重建工程项目的顺利进行与实施。%Post disaster reconstruction has realistic features of heavy construction tasks, more project categories, big capital demand and short construction schedule. Therefore, it is nece-ssary to form a set of effective project management system and mode of post disaster reconstruction project. The use of adva-nced management methods can strengthen project management, thus ensuring the smooth implementation of the reconstruction project.
