公路建设中合同管理与风险防范探究

摘要

Contract management and risk prevention in high-way construction is of great significance to improve the quality of highway construction contract management and to strength-hen risk prevention of contract of highway construction project in China. In this paper, the author studied the importance of managing highway construction contract, risk causes and pre-vention measures.%公路建设合同管理与风险防范对于提高我国公路建设合同管理质量，加强对公路建设项目合同风险的防范有着重要意义。本文对公路建设合同管理的重要性、风险成因以及防范措施进行了研究。
