高职院校三层式学生工作体系对学生学习的促进作用探讨与实践--以郑州铁路职业技术学院中外合作办学学生管理模式为例

         

摘要

With the social development, to adapt to the current situation, China’s major institutions have carried out enrollment, the overall quality of students shows a downward trend year by year, so that the students management is not only becoming more difficult, but also affects the teaching effectiveness,because the two are complementary to each other;in this case, the relationship between the management and the teaching is highly valued by the various levels. This article combines the actual situation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College to introduce the three-tier system of student management taken by our col egewhich has promoted effect on student learning and improved teaching effectiveness.%为适应当前社会的发展形势,我国各大院校都进行了扩招,学生的综合素质逐年呈现下降趋势,使学生的管理工作难度加大,同时也影响了教学效果,因为二者之间是相辅相成的关系;在这种情况下,学生的管理工作与教学之间的关系也引起了各个层面的高度重视。本篇文章结合郑州铁路职业技术学院中外合作办学的实际情况,介绍了本校采取的三层式学生工作体系对学生学习的促进作用和对教学效果的改善。
