《佛山市交通发展白皮书》战略要点及成果解读

摘要

《佛山市交通发展白皮书》(以下简称“《白皮书》”)是中国首个地级市正式发布的交通白皮书，同时也标志着佛山市交通发展将进入一个全新的阶段。在明确《白皮书》定位、作用与意义的基础上，对《白皮书》的总体框架、发展愿景目标与策略、四大战略任务、六项重大政策、九大行动纲领的要点进行介绍。对健康交通、用地开发、统筹决策、广佛同城等重点内容，以及品质公交、倡导准则、回馈交通以及民生交通等特色内容进行解读。%The“White Paper on Foshan Transport Devel-opment”is the first transportation document officially is-sued by a local jurisdictional city in China, which signals a new era of Foshan transportation development. By out-lining the roles, functionalities and importance of the White Paper, this article introduces the general frame-work, development goals and strategies, four strategic tasks, six key policies and nine action plans of the White Paper. Focusing on the key contents and characteristics of the White Paper, the article discusses the healthy transpor-tation, land use development, comprehensive deci-sion-making, Guangfo city, high-quality public transporta-tion, basic principles, public participation and human-ori-ented transportation system.
