北京地铁钢轨波磨测试分析

         

摘要

In order to study the rail corrugations on Beijing metro lines, authors carried out in-situ measurements of rail accelerations for all types of track on line 5, noises in trains on line 4 and line 5 and rail vbration modes for four types of fasteners on line 5.Results indicated that the resonance between rail and wheel at about 300 Hz was the main reason for the rail corrugations which occurred on the section with shearig vibration-reduction fasteners; the wheel/rail contact surface unevenness induced by corrugation caused mainly the abnormal noises in the train; the low damping of the shearing vibration- reduction fasteners in the frequency range of 200 ~ 350 Hz cannot restrain the vibration of rails, which may also induce rail corrugation.%针对北京地铁钢轨异常波磨问题,对地铁5号线各种轨道结构形式进行钢轨振动加速度测试,对地铁4、5号线全线进行车厢内噪声测试,在地铁5号线选择4种扣件形式进行钢轨模态测试.结果表明:对于剪切型减振器扣件,在300Hz左右轮轨的共振效应,是该扣件区段产生钢轨波磨的主要原因;钢轨波磨引起的轮轨接触面不平顺,是产生车内异常噪声的主要原因.剪切型减振器扣件在200~350 Hz频段过低的轨道阻尼,无法限制住钢轨的振动,使得波磨极易形成和发展.
