Firstly, an interference evaluation index of the dynamic clearance between the frame-mounted direct driving mechanism and the driving axle is proposed. Secondly, a nonlinear finite element model and a vehicle dynamics model are established, the vertical relative dynamic displacement between driving mechanism and driving axle in nonlinear impact condition and in random vibration condition is calculated respectively. Finally, a dynamic matching design of the frame-mounted direct drive mechanism and driving axle is completed according to the interference evaluation index. The research conclusion can provide a reference for the engineering application of the frame-mounted direct driving mechanism.%提出了永磁同步电机架悬直驱机构与驱动轴间动态间隙的干涉评判指标.建立了永磁架悬直驱转向架非线性有限元冲击模型及整车动力学模型, 分别就非线性冲击工况及随机振动工况计算了驱动机构与驱动轴间的垂向相对动态位移.根据干涉评判指标完成了架悬直驱机构与驱动轴的动态匹配设计.研究结论可为永磁架悬直驱机构的工程化运用提供参考.
